1. Development
To tailor make our courses to meet your needs we conduct a training needs analysis. This involves meeting and spending some time with you to gain a thorough understanding of your business and the challenges you face in training your staff.
A pre-course analysis is completed by Participants to establish their personal objectives for each course.
2. Delivery
When we are clear on the specific training objectives, we develop and deliver an (EDP) Every Day People Communications training course specific to your organisation complete with agreed targets and outcomes. You will receive a customised course outline that you can provide to delegates so they know exactly what to expect in advance.
All delegates receive a comprehensive manual / workbook containing all course materials and are presented with a certificate of attendance.
3. Evaluation
Our training is focused on outcomes specific to the agreed targets to in our initial discussions and therefore follow up post training is crucial.
An evaluation form is completed by each Participant at the end of the training. We will conduct a detailed analysis of this feedback within an agreed timeframe. The success of our training includes the impact it has on your business and whether we our goals have been achieved. The feedback is tabulated and provided within an evaluation report.
